Featured Project: Otay Mesa Distribution Warehouse
A 42,000 sf Otay Mesa logistics tenant needed a refresh on a 12-year-old slab patched a dozen times by previous coating contractors. We diamond-ground the slab, repaired joints with semi-rigid polyurea, applied a moisture-mitigation primer (slab tested at 4.5 lbs CaCl), and finished with high-build epoxy + urethane topcoat with anti-skid. Total downtime: 2 weekends, no operational shutdown. Forklift traffic resumed Monday morning each phase.
