    Turbo Surfacing Solutions is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards.

    1. Conformance Status

    We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA published by the W3C. Conformance is an ongoing process; some content may not yet fully meet AA, and we are actively working to remediate.

    2. Measures We Take

    • Semantic HTML, descriptive headings, and meaningful link text;
    • Keyboard-navigable interactions and visible focus states;
    • Color contrast that meets or exceeds WCAG AA where feasible;
    • Alternative text on informative images;
    • Responsive layouts for screen-reader and zoom users;
    • Periodic review of new pages and templates.

    3. Physical Accessibility & ADA Installations

    In the field, Turbo Surfacing Solutions regularly installs ADA-compliant playground safety surfacing, transitions, and ramps under impact-attenuation standards and applicable California accessibility codes (CBC Chapter 11B). If your project requires a Certified Access Specialist (CASp) consultation, we can coordinate with a third-party CASp inspector at your request.

    4. Known Limitations

    Some third-party embedded content (maps, video players, social embeds) may not be fully accessible. We work with vendors to improve where possible and provide alternative contact methods (phone, text, email) for any content you cannot access.

    5. Feedback & Assistance

    If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this site or need information in an alternative format, please contact us — we will respond within 5 business days and provide the information you need by phone, email, or printed mail.

    6. Formal Complaints

    If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice under the Americans with Disabilities Act, or with the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing.
