The founders and crew bring more than 15 years of installation experience to poured in place rubber, artificial grass, epoxy and concrete work.
We have completed projects in all seven Southern California counties and many cities in each, working for homeowners, HOAs, schools, churches and property managers.
What we do
Poured in place rubber for playgrounds, splash pads, paths and rooftops, with thickness set by equipment fall height.
Artificial grass for lawns, pet runs, play areas and HOA common areas, over a compacted, drained base.
Epoxy floors, polished concrete, grinding and caulking for garages, shops, warehouses and commercial floors, after the slab is tested and prepared.

We work with homeowners, HOA boards, school districts, churches, parks departments, property managers, general contractors and landscape designers. Each has different needs. How we work
We start with the site. Every estimate begins with a look at drainage, slab condition, access and how the area is used. Site walks are available the next day or later, depending on availability.
We put it in writing. You receive a scope that lists the area, the materials, the preparation, the schedule and what is excluded, so you can compare bids on the same terms.
We tell you when the answer is not what you asked for. A lawn that is better as plants, a slab that needs repair before coating or a lifted edge that can be ground smooth are all honest answers we give.
We respond quickly. We respond to estimate requests within 24 hours.
We stand behind the work. Warranty terms vary by product and system and are provided in writing with each estimate.
We know the rules that apply to your property
Surfacing projects touch rules many owners have not read. Turf rebate programs generally do not allow artificial grass. AB 1572 ends potable irrigation of nonfunctional turf on January 1, 2028 for commercial, industrial and institutional properties and January 1, 2029 for HOA common areas. Title 22, section 101238.2 requires cushioning under and around climbing equipment at licensed child care centers. Publicly funded work follows prevailing wage rules.
