Juan Carlos Arias is the founder and lead installer at Turbo Surfacing Solutions, a licensed California State Contractor based in Chula Vista. With more than a decade of hands-on experience installing poured-in-place rubber, artificial grass, epoxy floor coatings, and polished concrete across San Diego County, Juan Carlos has personally led hundreds of ASTM F1292 playgrounds, splash pads, HOA lawns, and commercial floor projects from El Cajon to Carlsbad.
He started in the industry in 2014 working alongside veteran rubber and turf crews on municipal playground and school district projects. After years of seeing rushed installs, missing fall-height documentation, and turf jobs that failed within two summers, Juan Carlos founded Turbo Surfacing Solutions on three principles: every install gets engineered to spec, every closeout package is complete, and every customer talks directly to the person responsible for the work — him.
Today, Juan Carlos personally walks every estimate in San Diego County, signs off on every fall-height test report, and is on-site for the first day of every install. He holds California State Contractor License #1029549, carries full general liability and workers' compensation insurance, and is bondable for public works and prevailing wage projects.
