Whether you are pricing a playground surface, a turf replacement, a garage floor or a repair, the fastest way to start is to tell us what you have. This page lists how to reach us, what to include and what to expect.
How to reach us
Phone. Call (888) 885-0845 during office hours, Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm.
Email. Write to info@turbosurfacing.com. Photos, rough dimensions and your city are the most useful things to include.
Online. Use the free estimate form to send photos and details at any hour. We respond within 24 hours.
Text. Use the text link in the page footer if you want to send photos from your phone.
What to include in your message
Tell us what surface you are considering, where the project is, how big the area is and how it is used. If an owner, board, district or general contractor has to approve the work, say who. If a deadline matters, tell us the date and what drives it. We will respond within 24 hours with questions or a plan for a site walk, which is available the next day or later, depending on availability.
If you prefer to talk first
Some projects are easier to explain by phone. Call during office hours and have your address, a rough idea of the area and the surface you are considering ready. If you reach voicemail, leave your name, number and a line about the project, and we will respond within 24 hours.
Where we work
Turbo Surfacing is based in Chula Vista and serves seven Southern California counties: San Diego, Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino, Ventura and Imperial. Each county page lists the larger cities and explains local climate and water programs.
License and insurance
Turbo Surfacing is a licensed California contractor, CSLB #1029549, and is licensed, bonded and insured. You can verify any California contractor's license on the Contractors State License Board website. If your project needs proof of insurance or other paperwork, ask when you contact us.
What to expect on a first call
We ask a few practical questions: where the project is, what surface you are considering, how large the area is, how it is used and what your timing looks like. We then explain what a site walk will cover and when we can schedule it. There is no pressure and no obligation. If your project is better served by a different surface or a repair, we say so on the first call rather than after a visit. You can also send photos by email before we talk, which usually makes the first conversation shorter.
Sending photos from your phone
Photos make the first conversation much shorter. Take wide shots of the whole area in daylight from two or three angles, and close ups of any cracks, stains, drains or worn spots. Include something for scale, such as a tape measure or a chair. Send them by email to info@turbosurfacing.com, or attach them to the free estimate form, and add your address or city and a line about how the area is used. If you are sending video, a slow walk around the area with a short description works well.
What we can help with
Poured in place rubber for playgrounds, splash pads and paths. Artificial grass for lawns, pet runs, play areas and common areas. Epoxy floors, polished concrete, grinding and caulking for garages, shops and commercial floors. Planning ranges are in the cost guides.
